We're seeking an experienced customer service representative to join our remote call center team for our Open Enrollment season. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing clear and empathetic assistance, and navigating multiple systems to resolve client inquiries. If you're a customer service pro with a strong track record of delivering exceptional support, we want to hear from you!

  • *Responsibilities**

As a customer service representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling 40+ inbound calls per day from clients enrolling in benefits
  • Making occasional outbound follow-up calls to ensure client satisfaction
  • Authenticating callers, troubleshooting issues, and answering benefit-related questions
  • Explaining benefit options (e.g., high vs. low plans, HSA contributions, etc.)
  • Navigating multiple systems and providing clear, empathetic assistance
  • Meeting or exceeding performance and attendance targets to earn a performance and attendance bonus
  • *Schedule**

• Full-Time, Monday–Friday

  • Training (4 weeks): 8:45 AM – 5:30 PM EST (M-F)
  • Post-training: Must be available for any 8-hour shift between 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM EST
  • *Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 2+ years of call center experience
  • Comfortable working in a highly structured remote environment
  • Clear communication and problem-solving skills
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace
  • Commitment to excellent attendance and performance during peak season
  • *Preferred Qualifications**

• Previous experience in a benefits or insurance-related call center environment

  • Strong knowledge of benefits enrollment processes and procedures
  • Experience with CRM software and other call center systems
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills (a plus!)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong typing skills (at least 40 wpm)
