Product Owner II, Claims Fraud Special Investigations Unit (SIU)

Worldwide Salaried Open

Own and prioritize the software product backlog for SIU / Fraud capabilities, with emphasis on Major Case and adjacent investigation workflows within Lumen. Partner with SIU business leaders, engineering, design, and cross-functional stakeholders to define product outcomes, translate needs into epics and user stories, and make scope and tradeoffs explicit. Lead product discovery and delivery for complex workflow, data, and user experience problems, ensuring releases are aligned to business value, operational needs, and technical feasibility. Maintain alignment across squads and stakeholders by clarifying priorities, dependencies, risks, and release decisions. Represent the voice of the user and the business in Agile delivery, while helping the team stay focused on the highest-value work.
