Overview
Our client is a fast-scaling, remote performance marketing agency that works with some of the biggest names in the creator economy β and they believe one thing: performance is creative-driven. They're hiring a Growth Marketer to own the full loop β reading performance data, directing creative, running Meta campaigns, and keeping clients informed and confident. This is not a "make briefs and wait" role. We're looking for someone who:
- connects performance signals to creative decisions without being told to
- writes hooks and copy that actually work
- owns client relationships and drives conversations forward
- moves fast and communicates clearly
2. What You'll Own Creative Strategy (33%)
- Research audience motivations, objections, and what makes them buy β Reddit, reviews, competitor ads, social listening
- Write direct-response hooks, scripts, and body copy across formats (static, video, UGC)
- Direct creative production and stay current on trends across TikTok and Instagram
Meta Ads Management (33%)
- Build, launch, and optimize campaigns end-to-end β targeting, budget, structure
- Diagnose performance with speed and clarity: what changed, why, and what to do next
- Read key metrics (CPM, CTR, CVR, CPA/CPL) and connect them to creative decisions
Client Management (33%)
- Translate data into clear insights: what happened, what it means, what's next
- Lead client calls confidently and build strong relationships through proactive communication
3. Ideal Background Must-haves:
- Proven hands-on Meta Ads experience β you've owned execution, not just reviewed dashboards
- Strong direct-response copywriting instincts: hooks, benefits, CTAs, positioning
- High agency: you drive projects forward and handle roadblocks without being chased
- Comfortable owning client relationships and leading strategy conversations
- Strong written and spoken English; remote-work discipline
Nice-to-haves:
- Experience with creator brands, UGC, or direct-response eCommerce
- Exposure to TikTok Ads, YouTube Ads, or Google Ads
4. Compensation & Logistics
- Location: Fully remote β PST / CST / EST overlap required
- Compensation: Competitive base + performance-based incentives; USD
- Tools: Meta Ads Manager, Slack, Notion, Google Drive
