Key Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual meetings to assess client needs and goals
- Present personalized solutions, including life and health coverage options
- Offer Life Insurance, IUL, and Annuities that truly benefit your clients.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions using CRM systems
- Work with warm, pre-qualified leads - no cold outreach required
- Engage with mentors and team members to enhance your skills
- Deliver excellent service and maintain client relationships over time
Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self-driven with a desire to achieve high income potential
- Open to coaching and continuous learning
- Able to work independently in a remote environment
- Previous sales or customer service experience is helpful, but not required
