Our firm is seeking an energetic, dependable individual to join our Personal Injury team. We’re looking for a high-performing Personal Injury Case Manager to take ownership of active injury claims from intake through resolution. This is a structured, accountability-driven role where your strategy, communication, and attention to detail directly impact case success. If you’re proactive, detail-oriented, and motivated by meaningful work — this is your opportunity. What you will be doing as Remote Personal Injury Case Manager:

  • Be a trusted advocate for our clients by serving as their primary point of contact and ensuring every email and voicemail is returned within 24 hours.
  • Become a confident expert in our case management systems and workflows that keep cases organized and moving forward.
  • Develop a strong working knowledge of personal injury claim processing and filing requirements so you can guide cases with confidence and accuracy.
  • Stay one step ahead by identifying the status of each claim at every stage and taking the appropriate procedural action to keep it progressing.
  • Strengthen cases by investigating and gathering key evidence, including medical records, police reports, and other critical documentation.
  • Help drive case resolution by drafting clear, well-supported Claimant Demand Letters that effectively present the client’s claim.
  • Build productive professional relationships by communicating clearly and confidently with insurance carriers regarding claim status and case requirements.
  • Take ownership of productivity by maintaining organized task lists and consistently meeting deadlines and performance benchmarks.
  • Help clients feel informed and empowered by developing strategic case paths and clearly explaining what’s needed for a successful outcome.
  • Guide clients through paperwork, documentation, and procedural requirements from start to finish with professionalism and care.
  • Any and all other duties needed to serve our clients & mission.

Now you might be wondering about the pay? The Remote Personal Injury Case Manager starting pay rate is $17.56 per hour. For this position, you receive a performance appraisal EVERY SIX MONTHS! That’s right! You will always know how you’re doing with your performance. And do you know what else? If you score well on your performance review, you will get a 47 to 84 cent increase every 6 months until you reach the cap of the pay range.
