Mortgage Consultant – Outbound Team
Job Description:
- Originate purchase and refinance loans by responding to company-provided leads via phone.
- Engage with consumers, determine their needs, and offer appropriate products.
- Manage a loan pipeline from application to closing, collaborating with underwriting, processing, and other teams.
- Ensure adherence to federal and state lending regulations, maintaining accurate documentation.
- Provide superior customer service.
- Meet individual monthly sales goals.
- Stay informed of developing trends in the mortgage industry.
Requirements:
- Associates Degree or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Origination experience in the mortgage or banking industry required.
- 2+ years’ origination experience.
- Active NMLS license.
- A solid understanding of appraisals, title reports and product guidelines.
- Must maintain mortgage licenses by completing mandatory annual continuing education.
- Experience utilizing persuasive communication skills, inside sales experience preferred.
