Junior Software Developer

Third Eye Health is dedicated to delivering high-quality, nurse-centric support for patient-centered care through innovative telehealth solutions. The Junior Software Developer will plan, develop, and provide updates to specialized application software, including a mobile application for secure messaging and clinician consultation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with internal teams to understand user needs; drafts initial design of software to meet these needs
• Assesses feasibility of design and project parameters within time and cost constraints
• Analyzes user needs and designs software for client use
• Develops code and designs software applications based on user specifications
• Modifies existing software to correct errors or improve performance
• Monitors and assists with software testing and validation procedures and programming
• Monitors and assists with software installation; ensures application operates within established specifications
• Gathers and evaluates user feedback and then modifies software for better usability
• Designs databases for specific application areas
• Collaborates with systems analysts, engineers, and programmers to design systems to support required applications
• Additional duties as assigned

Skills

• 1-5 years of experience as software developer or engineer
• SQL: 2-years' experience
• C#: 2-years' experience
• Swift (iOS): 1-year of experience
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
