[Remote] Data Analyst, Data Cloud Intelligence

The Data Analyst role focuses on working with large datasets to support custom analytics, automate processes, and partner with product teams to enhance platform capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Work with large datasets to support custom analytics for client deliverables
- Using data cloud products and data to create new solutions and capabilities
- Work to automate and streamline processes and deliverables to scale value across clients
- Identifying opportunities and offering analytics to the client/client teams with a focus on building and improving business intelligence capabilities
- Partner with product teams to ensure platform capabilities support client requirements and future revenue opportunities
Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in a technical, data-driven role focused on analytics, business intelligence, measurement, or automation
- Strong SQL expertise with the ability to write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex queries against large datasets
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
- A proactive, high-ownership mindset with the ability to jump into ad hoc analyses and deliver results in fast-paced environments
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to learn quickly and take on new challenges
- Hands-on experience using SQL, BI tools, and other programming language to perform analytics and build scalable reporting solutions
- SQL fluency, translation, and technical writing ability; additional experience working with, analyzing, and writing from scratch large blocks of code
- Experience manipulating, merging, and transforming large datasets to answer sophisticated business questions
- Familiarity with attribution, measurement, experimentation, or marketing analytics concepts
- Experience with ETL processes, workflow automation, or scalable data pipelines
- Experience with Snowflake preferred; AWS or cloud data platform experience is a plus
- Exposure to modeling or data science techniques is a plus, but not required
- Experience partnering with client-facing or cross-functional teams to deliver data products and analytical insights
- Marketing analytics experience (CRM, CDP, digital marketing, lifecycle, or transactional datasets) is a plus
