Responsibilities

  • Manage 25–30 daily client interactions via phone, email, and text
  • Provide policy quotes, add coverages, and update accounts with precision
  • Identify and recommend additional products based on client needs
  • Maintain meticulous records and follow processes accurately
  • Balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume setting

Skills

  • Bilingual: Korean a plus
  • Property & Casualty License (or willingness to obtain promptly); Life & Health License a plus
  • Strong communication, sales experience, and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Insurance industry experience required
