Responsibilities

  • Ensuring accurate and timely payment to care providers
  • Accurately setting up and maintaining provider care contracts within the case management system
  • Developing expertise in the use of case management systems

Skills

  • Proven IT skills, including the use of Excel at an intermediate level
  • Experience working in an environment involving payments and auditing processes
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and excellent attention to detail
