[Remote] Associate Delivery Consultant

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Oracle is a leader in AI and cloud solutions, and they are seeking an Associate Delivery Consultant for the Upgrade Center. This role involves communicating with clients to design and customize their computer systems, supporting them through system upgrades and ongoing maintenance.

Responsibilities

• You will work directly with our clients and be required to access their domains, determine what functionality they are utilizing, create and execute test scripts, communicate results, and utilize troubleshooting steps to resolve issues
• Willing to travel up to 20% of the time as needed
• Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
• Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within the scope of the position
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned

Skills

• At least 4 years total combined higher education and related work experience
• Applicants are required to read, write, and speak English
• Willing to travel up to 20% of the time as needed
• Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
• Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within the scope of the position

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Science, Biology, Technology, Finance, or a related field of study
