Marketing Operations Specialist

The Marketing Operations Specialist will support the Commercial organization in executing go-to-market digital processes and campaigns, ensuring data integrity and collaborating with various teams to enhance marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure data integrity of source systems to support GTM (go to market) activity by focusing on data completeness, enrichment and hygiene
  • Work cross functionally with the operations team to support incoming cases, ongoing process changes, and systems builds
  • Benchmark and monitor campaign tracking and performance across the prospect and customer lifecycles, including MQLs, SQOs and velocity
  • Collaborate with marketing operations, data and architecture teams on data hygiene, systems stability, enrichment and enhancements
  • Follow through with the marketing team, ensure that projects are delivered on time and deadlines are met using project management solutions (ClickUp, Salesforce Work Manager)
  • Stay current with marketing automation best practices, industry standards and compliance
  • Champion marketing automation best practices, including documentation, guidance, database governance and management, training, and enablement across varied functional teams
  • Active participation in the agile methodology to manage marketing campaign support and infrastructure improvements to support the prospect and customer lifecycles
  • Leveraging insights from platform-based reporting and new functionalities in the MarTech stack to enhance the campaign experience

Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Legal authorization to work in Canada is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future for this job opening
  • 1+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing automation or operations
  • Experience building and executing on cross-channel marketing programs
  • Strong data evaluation skills, with the ability to extract and interpret data from various sources to offer creative marketing solutions and business decisions
  • Adobe Marketo Engage certification
  • Experience with Marketo, Salesforce, PathFactory, Drift, Google Analytics or similar software
