Media Coordinator

Team One is a fully integrated media, digital, and communications agency that helps premium brands thrive. As a Media Coordinator, you will support the Media Planning team in developing media plans for local markets, gaining hands-on exposure to various media channels and building a foundation in media strategy and agency operations.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the curation of data for market media plans
  • Assist Media team with responsibilities for assigned markets including but not limited to:
  • Drafting goal entries for local buys
  • Reviewing Spot Buys for accuracy based on guidelines provided
  • Updating flowcharts and budgets
  • Performing budget and billing reconciliations
  • Maintain digital buys and compile metrics reports
  • Review accuracy of the Master Planning Sheets
  • Contribute to POV evaluations
  • Pull media and market research (using tools like Simmons, IMS, comScore, Kantar)

Skills

  • A Bachelor's degree
  • Prior relevant internship experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Solid understanding of basic math
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to be a self-motivated, enthusiastic team player who collaborates well in a large group
