Digital Marketing Specialist
Pandora, part of the SiriusXM portfolio, is a leading provider of audio entertainment services. They are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to drive customer acquisition through strategic marketing initiatives, manage website content, and optimize digital marketing programs for growth across SMB and Enterprise segments.
Responsibilities
- Execute digital marketing initiatives designed to drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation across SMB and Enterprise segments
- Develop and maintain a structured content calendar, supporting the creation of high-quality assets including blog posts, industry articles, guides, etc
- Update and manage website content within the CMS (Webflow), ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand and SEO best practices
- Partner with external SEO agencies to monitor performance, track key metrics, and implement optimization recommendations
- Apply SEO best practices and monitor search engine updates to support website health initiatives, strengthening domain authority and improving content visibility and site performance
- Support the optimization of key conversion points within the marketing funnel, including landing pages, website calls-to-actions, and lead capture forms
- Track, analyze, and report on SEO/AEO/LLM campaign performance
- Assist in the execution and analysis of A/B tests to improve conversion rates and user engagement
- Manage social media channels, including content publishing, performance monitoring, and initiatives to grow the brand’s social presence and engagement
- Conduct market and competitor research to inform campaign strategy and content development
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Foundational knowledge of SEO/LLM/AI, digital marketing, and content performance measurement
- Experience working with a CMS platform (Webflow preferred)
- Understanding of search engine ranking factors and digital marketing best practices
- Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or content development
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Experience working with a CMS platform (Webflow preferred)
