[Remote] Creative Strategist

As a Creative Strategist, you'll collaborate closely with the Revenue team to provide creative direction and strategy, ensuring client campaigns meet their goals through innovative solutions.
Responsibilities
- Providing creative direction, strategy, and performance recommendations backed by data and experience to improve client campaign KPIs
- Develop and optimize workflows and templates to eliminate manual repetitive effort
- Acting as a subject-matter expert on all things creative to support our Sales team in winning, growing, and retaining clients
- Direct the use of Generative AI tools, acting as the 'human-in-the-loop' to audit and refine machine outputs for brand integrity
- Managing the creative request lifecycle, from initial brief to final asset delivery, ensuring multiple projects are completed on time and on spec
- Collaborating with our dynamic Production Team to deliver innovative ad creatives that match client guidelines, surpass expectations and drive campaign performance
- Design modular creative frameworks that allow for programmatic scaling of ad variations across diverse channels
Skills
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, creative strategy, or art direction
- Proven creative thinking and the ability to develop compelling concepts
- Demonstrated strategic planning and prioritization skills, focusing on high-leverage work to drive client KPIs
- Experience creating ads, campaigns, or promotional content for digital - this may include social media, email newsletters, websites, paid advertising, etc
- Exceptional client relationship and communication skills when presenting strategic recommendations and managing feedback
- Familiarity with directing Generative AI models and critique/redirection of machine-generated creative work
- Graphic design experience is a bonus; please provide work samples if you have them
- Additional consideration is given to candidates with advanced experience in programmatic, HTML, CSS, or Javascript, and/or fluency in French
