They are seeking a highly organized Program Manager to drive execution across a strategic clinical AI collaboration, coordinating teams and ensuring accountability in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day program management across a strategic clinical AI collaboration
  • Drive coordination across AI/ML, data science, imaging, clinical research, and operational teams
  • Track timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and risks across multiple concurrent workstreams
  • Ensure accountability and follow-through across cross-functional stakeholders
  • Support multimodal data coordination and research operations
  • Lead operational rhythms including meetings, documentation, action tracking, and stakeholder communication
  • Help coordinate benchmarking, validation, reporting, and publication workflows
  • Build scalable operational processes for future research and clinical AI partnerships
  • Translate effectively between technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Help maintain high execution velocity in a fast-moving startup environment

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as health sciences, engineering, computer science, business, or a related discipline; advanced degree or clinical background is an asset
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations, clinical workflows, or medical research processes is beneficial, as is experience with digital health, health IT, or clinical AI products
  • 1–4 years of experience in program management, project coordination, operations, consulting, research coordination, startups, or related environments
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Strong written communication and professionalism
  • High ownership mentality with strong follow-through
  • Comfortable operating in fast-moving and sometimes ambiguous environments
  • Interest in AI, healthcare, biomedical research, or emerging technology
  • Demonstrated commitment to ethical, inclusive, and patient-centered use of AI in healthcare
  • Experience working in startups or high-growth environments
  • Familiarity with healthcare, research, or technical teams
  • Experience using tools like Notion, Asana, Jira, Airtable, or similar
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional or external collaborations
