The Engineering Program Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver technology solutions for caregivers, manage programs, and drive technology adoption through effective communication and change management strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Manage small to medium-sized programs or contribute to large, complex programs, including problem solving, risk management, and business process documentation. Ability to articulate project and business value
  • Identifies unaddressed issues and resolves, escalates, or finds the appropriate owner to ensure the highest level of quality. Uses the solution/service regularly to understand it thoroughly and discover ways to improve it
  • Collaborates closely with stakeholders during early planning phases to identify expected impacts and align communications and learning resources to affected groups
  • Demonstrated skill in organizing multiple projects, schedules, and competing priorities simultaneously while meeting shifting deadlines
  • Experience creating and delivering communications and training materials for both technical support teams and end users to drive technology adoption
  • Experience building and maintaining business/partner relationships, with an understanding of organizational structure and processes. Understands importance of communication and trust
  • Recognizes the importance of business/partner relationships and begins effectively interacting with key contacts. Understands the business organization, structure and processes. Comfortable engaging directly with end-user communities and engineering teams
  • Influence and drive alignment between cross-functional teams while championing new concepts and ideas across the organization
  • Able to translate technical concepts into clear, business‑relevant outcomes
  • Strong familiarity with modern tools and technologies (such as Microsoft 365 suite), with the ability to evaluate, learn and implement new technologies that enhance digital content delivery

Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 1 year Related experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 suite of applications
  • Strong communication & public speaking skills
  • Understanding program and project management techniques including project analysis and design, planning, process flows, requirements gathering, user stories, communication structures, risk and issue management, status reporting and structured approaches to problem-solving
  • Experience contributing to strategic planning of adoption and awareness campaigns, including building communications plans and determining optimal delivery methods
  • Experience in healthcare, clinical, or highly regulated environments
  • Experience leading or coordinating organizational change management and communications activities
  • Demonstrated success improving customer or caregiver satisfaction through technology
  • Experience working in a highly matrixed and geographically dispersed organization and teams
  • Familiarity with basic software development methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Kanban
  • Familiarity with development software such as Azure DevOps, Jira, etc
