Customer Service Representative
Guarantee Trust Life Insurance Company is currently seeking a detail and people-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This role involves handling incoming calls from policyholders, insurance agents, and providers to provide information regarding claim benefits, policy status, and billing in an efficient manner.
Responsibilities
- Handles incoming calls from policyholders, insurance agents and providers
- Provides information regarding claim benefits, policy status, policy benefits, billing and premium information in the most efficient way possible
- Uses various internal systems to provide information
Skills
- Customer Service experience, call center preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent, 1-2 years of college preferred
- Able to work independently and within a team
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- High level of attention to detail plus ability to navigate within multiple systems
- Experience with Microsoft Office Word
- Bilingual – Spanish a plus
