[Remote] Recruiting Coordinator
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Hightouch is an Agentic Marketing Platform that empowers marketing teams with customer data and performance insights. They are seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to enhance candidate experiences and support their hiring teams in finding top talent in a competitive environment.
Responsibilities
- You are able to schedule and own the entire coordination experience for candidates for our Engineering, Product and Design recruiting teams (6-8 recruiters)
- You are excited about building efficient scheduling and recruiting processes that result in highly positive experiences for both candidates and the hiring team
- You develop trusting relationships with hiring managers, interviewers, and recruiters
- You communicate effectively with the interview team, recruiting team, and candidates to ensure a seamless candidate experience
- You want to change the talent industry at large and figure out the best ways of recruiting in a highly competitive environment
Skills
- You have ideally spent some time in a recruiting coordinator role and/or administrative role
- You are incredibly organized and are able to manage multiple priorities
- You are proactive in identifying problems and providing solutions - you're able to do this independently but aren't afraid to ask for help!
- You thrive and ruthlessly prioritize in a constantly changing environment
- You are creative and resourceful in problem-solving to ensure that you always get the job done
