The HR Systems & Reporting Specialist will support HR operations by managing system administration, ensuring data accuracy, and providing reporting and analytics across various HR platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 1–2 support and troubleshooting for HR systems (HCM, ATS, LMS, etc.)
  • Create and maintain recurring and ad hoc reports and dashboards
  • Monitor data integrity and perform audits to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Configure system features and workflows across HR platforms
  • Support system upgrades, testing, and release management activities
  • Partner with stakeholders to define and resolve issues and implement enhancements
  • Document processes, procedures, and user guides
  • Assist with ongoing system maintenance and improvement initiatives

Skills

  • 1+ year of experience supporting HR systems or in an HR/IT environment
  • Familiarity with systems such as Workday, Greenhouse, Cornerstone, or Everbridge
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and Excel skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
  • Bachelor's degree in business, HR, Information Systems or related field preferred, or equivalent experience
