[Remote] Talent Sourcing Specialist
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Dealer Tire is a family-owned, international distributor of tires and parts established in 1918 in Cleveland, OH. They are seeking a Talent Sourcing Specialist responsible for implementing candidate generation strategies, engaging with candidates, and supporting the recruiting team in effective pipelining.
Responsibilities
- Implement and execute a variety of candidate generation techniques, strategies, and programs
- Apply market knowledge and sourcing skills to engage with active and passive candidates
- Develop creative and targeted search/marketing strategies to support the recruiting team in effective and successful pipelining both with active and passive candidates
- Work with other team members to perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to determine sourcing/staffing effectiveness based on statistics, cost efficiency and customer feedback
- Identify competitive threats (including wage information), trends and issues and escalate to Talent Acquisition Specialists
- Establishes and executes upon multiple diverse sourcing strategies that ensure we are meeting the intensity of the market, and the type of talent needed for the role
- Participate in recruiting events as assigned
- Evaluates quality of candidates by leveraging Applicant Tracking System & job boards to track and manage the hiring process
- Presenting candidates to the responsible Talent Acquisition Specialist in line with the job requirements
- Partnering with the recruiting team to prioritize requisitions that require proactive and passive sourcing
- Provides engaging phone interviews as needed by using templates that drive a consistent process while focusing on job requirements, experience, and relevant skills
- Meets or exceeds all established recruiting metrics
- Assists with ServiceNow ticketing requests and prioritizes tasks based on business needs
Skills
- Excellent organizational skills & attention to detail required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a variety of personalities and work styles and achieve a high level of activity
- Bachelor's degree in human resources/related field preferred or 1-2 years of Talent Acquisition and/or Human Resources experience
- Experience with sourcing tools and Applicant Tracking System (ATS) preferred
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills – Word, Excel & PowerPoint
