American Fidelity Assurance is now looking for an Account Manager in your area. The role involves selling worksite insurance products and services, building strong relationships with businesses, and developing customized employee benefit packages for their employees.

Responsibilities

  • Focus on growing and maintaining existing Business to Business accounts by one-on-one sales of worksite insurance products and services to the community
  • Consult with current customers to provide value and meet financial needs
  • Build strong relationships with customers and association executives
  • Develop customized needs-based employee benefit packages through annual benefit enrollments and group presentations
  • New account development opportunities

Skills

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Experience in sales, preferably in insurance or financial services
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Experience with worksite insurance products
  • Knowledge of employee benefits
  • Previous experience in account management or business development
