Adform Interiors is a trusted commercial interiors project partner based in Hartford, CT. They are seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Development Representative to help drive business growth by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing new sales opportunities within the commercial construction and interiors industry.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect potential clients through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and referrals
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads to determine fit, timing, and project opportunities
  • Schedule meetings and introductory calls for leadership and estimating teams
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate prospect and pipeline information
  • Conduct market research to identify target industries, companies, and decision-makers
  • Build relationships with property managers, developers, brokers, architects, and business owners
  • Collaborate with leadership on sales strategies and outreach campaigns
  • Assist with proposal follow-ups and client communications
  • Track activity metrics, pipeline development, and lead conversion performance
  • Represent Adform Interiors professionally while building long-term relationships within the market

Skills

  • 1–2 years of sales, business development, customer service, or lead generation experience
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently
  • Ability to manage multiple conversations and priorities simultaneously
  • Professional demeanor and strong relationship-building skills
  • Experience with outbound prospecting, cold calling, and email outreach
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, or similar
  • Construction, commercial interiors, real estate, or B2B experience
