The role involves converting high-intent leads into qualified meetings, navigating decision-makers, and collaborating with AEs and Marketing to improve conversion metrics.
Responsibilities
- Convert high-intent leads into qualified meetings through thoughtful, multi-channel outreach
- Confidently navigate gatekeepers to reach clinical and operational decision-makers
- Personalize messaging based on specific specialty workflows and real clinical challenges
- Partner with AEs and Marketing to refine targeting and improve conversion metrics
- Research accounts and build structured outreach strategies, avoiding "spray-and-pray" tactics
- Use HubSpot and AI tools to scale outreach while maintaining a high-quality human touch
- Continuously test, learn, and iterate on your approach based on performance data
- Maintain meticulous documentation of sales activities to ensure seamless account handoffs
Skills
- 1–3+ years in B2B sales, business development, or a similar performance-driven role
- High comfort level with cold calling, persistence, and managing long-cycle follow-ups
- Strong communicator with the executive presence to engage healthcare stakeholders
- Structured thinker who can prioritize, test, and iterate on sales playbooks
- Tech-forward mindset, enthusiastic about using CRM and AI tools to improve efficiency
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Entrepreneurial DNA: A 'builder' mentality with the ability to operate effectively in high-ambiguity environments where processes may not be fully fleshed out
- Prior experience in healthcare or medical sales (specifically Cardiology or Nephrology)
- Previous experience in a high-growth SaaS startup environment
- Advanced proficiency in HubSpot or similar CRM sequencing tools
