Rhino-Back Roofing is a fast-growing residential roofing company generating $35M+ annually across Connecticut, Rhode Island, and Western Massachusetts. They are seeking driven individuals for the Field Sales Representative role to visit homes, engage with homeowners, and set appointments for the sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Visit pre-qualified homes with visible roof damage (no random knocking)
  • Have friendly, professional conversations with homeowners
  • Offer free roof inspections
  • Set qualified appointments for our sales team
  • Participate in daily coaching, scripts, and ride-alongs to improve
  • No closing. No high-pressure sales. Your role is simple: have great conversations and book quality appointments

Skills

  • Competitive, coachable, and motivated individuals
  • Comfortable speaking with homeowners and starting conversations
  • Strong work ethic and resilience (ability to handle rejection)
  • Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • No prior sales experience required—we provide full training
