Associate, Client Operations

Publicis Groupe ANZ is a leader in performance marketing, specializing in building partnerships between top brands and reputable publishers. The Client Operations Associate plays a crucial role in supporting internal account teams and ensuring the smooth execution of operational processes across client campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of affiliate marketing campaigns for a portfolio of clients, including asset management and campaign communication
• Support internal account teams with the execution of standard program operations, including campaign support, payout management, and partnerships
• Work closely with internal teams such as Account Management, Media Investment and Technical Support to ensure seamless execution of tasks, timely completion of deliverables, and problem resolution
• Leverage internal and external marketing platforms & technology to complete campaign execution, tracking, and reporting

Skills

• You have a Bachelor's Degree or related work experience
• You are passionate about providing excellent service to internal and external customers

• You are able to work independently and collaborate with your team to solve complex issues
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
