As a crucial member of our medical transcription department, you will be responsible for transcribing radiology reports and other medical documents from audio recordings, updating patient charts, and entering reports into our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. • *Responsibilities**

• Transcribe radiology reports from dictated recordings and canned reports, including mammograms, ultrasounds, MRI, and other imaging modalities.

• Update patient charts with breast density, follow-up dates, surgical follow-ups, and physical charts.
• Review and edit drafts for clarity, accuracy, and grammar, adhering to departmental and industry standards.
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare professionals to clarify dictation and ensure completeness of reports.
