Responsibilities

  • Customer acquisition: Active identification and acquisition of new customers in the enterprise segment as well as in the public sector through self-acquisition and cooperation with ServiceNow and partners
  • Solution selling: Identification of data protection (GDPR) and sovereignty-related pain points as well as positioning of the sovereign ServiceNow cloud as the optimal operating solution
  • Pipeline management: Independent management of the entire sales cycles from first contact through complex tender procedures to successful contract conclusion
  • Networking: Strategic expansion of partnerships within the ServiceNow ecosystem (among others with consulting partners and implementers)

Qualification

  • Sales DNA: Demonstrable successes in the acquisition of new customers in the IT service or hosting environment
  • ServiceNow know-how: In-depth understanding of the ServiceNow ecosystem as well as the strategic added value of sovereign cloud solutions for end customers
  • Communication strength: Negotiation security at C-level and convincing presentation of complex technical facts
  • German and English: Negotiating secure German and English skills
  • Network: Ideally existing contacts to IT decision-makers with a focus on German data center locations
