Neuropathy Care Specialist - Clinic Ownership Required - Remote Telehealth

Worldwide Salaried Open

About Us

We are a leading virtual wellness organization specializing in structured, doctor-led programs for individuals experiencing neuropathy-related symptoms. Our approach is conservative, evidence-informed, and non-invasive—focused on education, lifestyle guidance, and functional support rather than drugs or surgery. Care is delivered entirely online through telehealth systems, functional assessments, lifestyle guidance, and remote therapy tools. Our programs are designed to support nerve health, functional improvement, and symptom management while emphasizing patient engagement and long-term adherence. Position Overview We are seeking a doctor with prior experience supporting patients with neuropathy-related symptoms to join our fully remote clinical team. This role focuses on guiding patients through a structured wellness and education program—evaluating symptom patterns, aligning patients with appropriate program pathways, and supporting them throughout their participation. All work is performed virtually from your home office. Care is delivered as program-based guidance and patient education, not acute medical treatment. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary support team, including case managers, functional practitioners, and health coaches, allowing you to focus on clinical guidance rather than administrative burden.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive virtual consultations to assess neuropathy-related symptoms (burning, tingling, numbness, pain, weakness, balance issues)
  • Review patient histories, functional assessments, and relevant lab data to identify contributing factors
  • Assess and classify neuropathy-related symptom patterns to align patients with appropriate program pathways (e.g., diabetic, idiopathic, chemotherapy-associated presentations)
  • Guide patients through structured, non-drug program protocols, including:
  • Nutritional and lifestyle guidance
  • Functional and metabolic support
  • At-home light-based and electrotherapy tools
  • Circulation, neuromodulation, and regeneration-support strategies
  • Monitor patient progress through telehealth visits and digital reporting tools
  • Educate patients, adjust program guidance as appropriate, and support adherence
  • Document all encounters accurately
  • Communicate effectively with internal team members to ensure smooth onboarding, follow-up, and continuity of care
  • Stay current on neuropathy research, functional neurology, and virtual care best practices

Success in this role is measured by patient engagement, adherence, and program completion—not volume alone.

Qualifications

Required

  • DC or other medical license, active and in good standing (at least one U.S. state)
  • Prior hands-on experience supporting patients with neuropathy-related symptoms
  • Strong knowledge of non-drug neuropathy support modalities
  • Excellent patient communication and education skills
  • Comfortable using telehealth system
  • Comfortable following standardized protocols and documentation requirements
  • Ability to work independently while operating within a structured virtual care model
  • Best suited for clinicians comfortable with performance-based compensation

Preferred

  • Functional Medicine, Functional Neurology, or similar advanced training
  • Nutrition, dietetics, or clinical nutrition certification strongly preferred
  • Experience interpreting metabolic, inflammatory, or functional lab markers
  • Prior experience in a telehealth or hybrid clinical environment
  • Passion for conservative, root-cause-oriented wellness care

Compensation

  • No base salary or hourly pay
  • Compensation is earned through a revenue-sharing model tied to patient enrollments and ongoing program participation
  • Revenue share structure is discussed individually to align with experience, availability, and professional goals

This role is ideal for an established clinician seeking to diversify income without taking on new overhead, staffing, or administrative responsibilities. Job Type: Part-time Pay: $40,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year Benefits:

  • Flexible schedule
