As an Event Manager, you'll orchestrate high-end, complex events that leave a lasting impression and manage the entire attendee experience.   • Leading diverse event operations, from conferences to incentive programs
  • Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Keeping projects organized and on track with timelines and budgets
  • Mastering event technologies and utilizing planning tools like Cvent and QuickBooks
  • Adapting and pivoting effortlessly in response to changing circumstances You Might Also Have
  • A degree in Hospitality, Event Planning, or a related field
  • 4-5 years of experience in event operations or agency planning
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting and analysis
  • A knack for creative problem-solving and critical thinking
  • Experience working with various event technologies and registration processes You Should Know
  • This role is virtual and operates on Eastern or Central Standard Time.
  • This role will require up to 50% travel annually, both international and domestic. Travel requirements for this role are as follows25% to 50% We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Event Manager, The Collective is between $60,000 - $90,000.
