As a People Technology Reporting Analyst at arenaflex, you will be the analytical engine behind our Human Capital Management (HCM) reporting ecosystem. You’ll design, build, and maintain critical reports and dashboards that empower HR, payroll, benefits, learning, and talent teams to make data‑driven decisions. Key Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end reporting projects, translating business requirements into robust, user‑friendly dashboards.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to select, design, implement, train, and support arenaflex reporting tools that align with strategic objectives.
• Collaborate closely with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Learning, Time Tracking, and Talent teams to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain reports ranging from simple lists to complex matrix and composite visualizations using arenaflex Report Writer, worksheets, and discovery boards.
• Stay current on arenaflex platform releases, identifying opportunities to leverage new capabilities for enhanced reporting, calculated fields, and dashboard functionality.
• Utilize arenaflex to prioritize and resolve case inquiries, ensuring timely delivery of data solutions to business partners.
• Participate in Agile sprint planning sessions, contributing to roadmap development and identifying cross‑team dependencies.
• Maintain a deep awareness of industry best practices in HCM reporting, sharing knowledge through community forums, internal Slack channels, and user groups.
• Ensure data privacy and compliance standards are met, safeguarding sensitive employee information.
• Provide training and mentorship to end users, enabling self‑service reporting and fostering a data‑centric culture.

Essential Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of HCM reporting experience and at least 1 year of experience writing reports in arenaflex.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with arenaflex, arenaflex, arenaflex, and arenaflex (or comparable business intelligence tools). Ability to write and troubleshoot queries, develop visualizations, and automate data extracts.
• Analytical Ability: Strong problem‑solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and the capacity to interpret complex data sets.
