[Remote] Overlay Sales Specialist, ServiceNow

They are seeking an Overlay Sales Specialist for ServiceNow who will collaborate with sales teams to drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities and crafting tailored solutions for clients.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for ServiceNow solutions inside our existing portfolio of CCaaS, CRM and CX customers
  • Working with technology, marketing and sales practitioners to create and propose solutions that involve multiple technologies and service types
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable ServiceNow products, implementations/projects, consulting and managed services offerings
  • Provide comprehensive product information and demonstrations to potential clients, appropriately coordinating pre-sales and delivery resources as required
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to close, as well as contribute to sales efforts as a partial owner/contributor (i.e. as part of a bid team)
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including other sellers and client partners, to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
  • Stay up to date with the latest ServiceNow features and industry trends

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Technology (STEM), Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 15+ years' experience in sales, preferably in the SaaS software or solutions industry
  • Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and its capabilities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Willingness to step outside core duties to meet the needs of the practice and customer
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools
  • Recent certification in ServiceNow Sales, Pre-Sales or possibly related technologies
  • Experience in selling to large enterprises and managing complex sales cycles
