  • Strong knowledge of Apple products and macOS/iOS operating systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Patience and empathy when dealing with customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
