The Opportunity: Remote Data Entry Processing Specialist

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Processing Specialist to join our dynamic team. This full-time position offers the perfect balance of structured work hours and the flexibility of working from your home office, with no weekend requirements and a consistent Monday-Friday schedule.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform High-Accuracy Data Entry: Enter and process data with exceptional precision, following client-specific requirements and quality standards
  • Document Classification & Verification: Classify and verify various document types using manual identification processes, including MEDI (Medical Electronic Data Interchange) when applicable
  • Multi-Task Processing: Work on diverse data-related tasks including data entry, verification, and special processing projects as established by procedures
  • Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve discrepancies in data while maintaining accurate documentation of all processes
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain consistent quality standards through meticulous attention to detail and adherence to established protocols
  • Client Support: Provide responsive support to internal teams and clients regarding data processing requirements
  • Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with arenaflex policies, security protocols, and client specifications
  • Independent & Collaborative Work: Effectively balance independent task completion with collaborative team efforts as needed

Essential Qualifications

  • Typing Proficiency: Minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute with high accuracy
  • Educational Background: High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience: 1-2 years of relevant work experience in an office or data processing environment
  • Computer Skills: Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Internet Literacy: Comfortable with web-based applications and internet navigation
