Position Overview – Call Center Customer Service Representative (Account Services)

We are seeking enthusiastic, solution‑focused individuals to join our remote call center workforce. As a Call Center Customer Service Representative – Account Services, you will be the voice of arenaflex, guiding customers through billing inquiries, product selections, and service issues while consistently delivering a delightful experience.

Training begins on April 15th, 2024, and successful candidates will be equipped with the tools, knowledge, and confidence needed to excel from day one.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Needs Assessment: Listen attentively to inbound calls, chat messages, and emails to identify customer needs, preferences, and pain points.
  • Product & Service Recommendation: Leverage a deep understanding of arenaflex’s portfolio to suggest appropriate home and business solutions, including broadband packages, smart‑home devices, and value‑added services.
  • Billing & Account Management: Adjust billing errors, negotiate claims, process refunds, and arrange product substitutions or returns in a timely, accurate manner.
  • Issue Resolution & Escalation: Resolve complex concerns while meeting internal service level agreements (SLAs) and maintaining a focus on first‑call resolution.
  • Sales Enablement: Meet defined goals for serving, solving, and selling by cross‑selling relevant products and upselling upgrades that enhance the customer’s experience.
  • Product Knowledge Maintenance: Stay current on arenaflex Business and Residential offerings, promotions, and policy updates through continuous learning.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Provide timely support to sales representatives, technical specialists, and account managers to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Ownership of the Customer Journey: Take full responsibility for each interaction, ensuring customers feel heard, respected, and valued.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 1 year proven experience in a customer‑service role, preferably in a call‑center environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate multiple computer screens and CRM systems for at least 6 months.
  • Strong verbal communication skills with a focus on creating an exceptional customer experience.
  • Sales‑oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding performance metrics.

  • Residency in one of the following locations: Oklahoma City, OK; Baton Rouge, LA; Omaha, NE; Hampton Roads, VA; or surrounding communities within these states.
