Position Overview – Why This Role Matters

We are seeking a meticulous, detail‑oriented Remote Energy Services Data Entry Clerk (Typist) to join arenaflex’s dynamic Energy Services Programs. In this pivotal role, you will be the guardian of our digital client records, ensuring that every piece of information is accurate, up‑to‑date, and securely stored. Your work will directly support program delivery, compliance reporting, and strategic decision‑making, helping arenaflex maintain the highest standards of service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Record Management: Accurately input and continuously update client status records in the Statewide Client Service Center, reflecting real‑time progress through the production pipeline.
  • Digital Communication Tracking: Monitor incoming emails, log documents, and capture communications within the arenaflex platform, ensuring every interaction is documented promptly.
  • Database Compliance: Follow program guidelines for the use of all required database systems—including arenaflex, arenaflex, arenaflex, arenaflex, arenaflex, and arenaflex—maintaining data integrity and adhering to funder requirements.
  • File Organization: Maintain organized digital and paper participant files in accordance with program policies, guaranteeing compliance with agency standards and external funding mandates.
