Full stack Developer - Equity Offered

We’re looking for a driven full-stack developer (frontend-focused) with a strong UX mindset who wants to help build and scale a SaaS platform with global potential. This opportunity is ideal for students or ambitious developers who want real startup experience, build something meaningful, and be part of the journey from early-stage to scale — with real equity upside when we succeed. About Brigade Brigade is a SaaS platform that streamlines professional restaurant kitchens by digitalizing recipe and menu management, planning, purchasing, and internal communication. The product is already launched in Sweden and has paying customers. Our current focus is product development and customer acquisition. Sweden is our first market and our ambition is to become a global player. Today, Brigade is a team of four people with backgrounds in restaurant operations, tech, and marketing — giving us both deep industry understanding and the ability to build scalable software. Brigade is part of the Arctic Business Incubator and is based in Skellefteå, but we are open to remote and hybrid work. Only candidates residing in Sweden will be considered. The Role You will: Take responsibility for technical development and UX improvements Contribute to AI-driven product features Work closely with the founders on product decisions Help shape the technical direction of the platform Be part of scaling the product beyond Sweden The role does not have to be full-time, as long as commitment and agreed milestones are met. What We’re Looking For Experience building modern web applications with React and TypeScript (through work, projects, or personal builds) A strong interest in AI-powered product development (LLM integrations, vector-based semantic search, MCP, etc.) Solid product thinking and attention to user experience A willingness to take ownership and grow with the company Curiosity and drive to stay up to date with emerging technologies A genuine interest in understanding Brigade’s users and how the platform can support their day-to-day work Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset Our Current Stack TypeScript, React, Chakra UI, TanStackDB, Supabase

Compensation

This is an entrepreneurial opportunity without salary initially, but with equity/ownership in the company and real product responsibility from day one. Equity compensation is negotiable and will be based on experience, commitment level, and long-term involvement.
