CMMS Maintenance Planner – UPW Systems The position as CMMS Maintenance Planner – Ultra Pure Water (UPW) Systems is reporting to Operation & Maintenance Manager in head office Switzerland. The candidate should have technical expertise, planning capabilities, and understanding of critical utility systems, particularly in high-purity water environments. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and optimizing preventive and corrective maintenance activities for UPW systems using mainly the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) / LIMBLE brand. You will play a key role in ensuring system reliability, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement in a critical manufacturing environment. Key responsibilities include: Developing and maintaining preventive maintenance plans for UPW systems (RO, EDI, polishing loops, storage, distribution, and monitoring systems) Managing CMMS master data, job plans, asset hierarchies, spare parts, and maintenance frequencies Coordinating maintenance schedules with operations, engineering, and external service providers Analysing maintenance data and KPIs (e.g., PM compliance, backlog, MTBF) Produce all related weekly, monthly, yearly reporting’s Prepare, coordinate, and execute CMMS training sessions Produce technical and commercial presentations Developing bridges from source data to CMMS Developing bridges from CMMS to ERP,... systems Coordinating CMMS activities with head office Supporting audits, change management, and continuous improvement initiatives Ensuring safety, quality, and compliance with site and regulatory standards Standard Software Tools: CMMS (Limble), Power Bi, Excel, MS-Project, ERP CSI-10 Working Conditions Typical working hours: standard business hours Occasional on-call support or off-hours coordination may be required during critical maintenance activities or shutdowns Occasional traveling for trainings, meetings, presentations, coordination and reviews ​ Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Minimum 1–2 years of professional experience in developing and maintaining preventive maintenance plans Experience in industrial and/or pharmaceutical manufacturing environments is preferred Hands-on experience or familiarity with programming and data integration using software tools (e.g. CMMS, ERP systems, data management tools) Fluent in English (spoken and written) Strong willingness to learn, curiosity, and continuous improvement mindset Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams Proactive attitude and ability to take ownership of tasks and deliver result About Ecolab: At Ecolab, we prioritize our talent-first philosophy by creating the most capable and diverse team to excel at our nearly three million customer sites. Compensation

Range: The annual pay range for this position is 30,600--38.250-45,900 EUR.
