We value collaboration, clear communication, and continuous improvement, and we’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead complex initiatives and mentor project teams. Role Overview The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading large, cross-functional, and high-impact projects from concept through completion. This role owns project strategy and execution, proactively manages risk, and serves as a trusted partner to stakeholders and leadership. The Senior Project Manager also helps improve project management standards and practices across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of complex, multi-phase projects and programs Define project scope, goals, timelines, budgets, and success metrics in partnership with senior stakeholders Manage cross-functional teams and ensure alignment across departments Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks, dependencies, and constraints Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes to executive and senior leadership Manage changes to scope, timeline, and resources while minimizing impact to delivery Mentor and support other project managers and contribute to best practices Improve and standardize project management processes, tools, and reporting Drive continuous improvement based on project retrospectives and outcomes Minimum Qualifications 5+ years of experience managing projects in a professional environment Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional projects Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously Deep understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, hybrid) Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications
