Peoplepath™ is seeking an experienced and motivated Business Recruiter to join our team in the United States. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our company’s ongoing growth and strategic objectives. As a Business Recruiter, you will partner closely with hiring managers and leadership across the organization to understand business needs, develop pipeline strategies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience. Key Responsibilities: Source and engage high-quality candidates through a variety of channels including job boards, networking events, and social media Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and fit for open roles Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer acceptance Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand organizational needs and role requirements Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future positions Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process Create and present recruitment reports and analytics to stakeholders Stay up to date with market trends and best practices in recruiting Requirements: Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a business or corporate environment Strong sourcing, interviewing, and negotiation skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases High level of professionalism and attention to detail Apply To This Job
