Position Overview
The Part‑Time Remote Data Entry & Ramp Operations Specialist role blends critical data‑entry responsibilities with hands‑on ramp support. Key Responsibilities
Remote Data Management
- Enter, verify, and maintain cargo, mail, and equipment records in arenaflex’s enterprise data system with a 99.5% accuracy rate.
- Generate and submit Freight Container Loading Slips (CBLS) electronically, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
- Audit incoming and outgoing freight manifests for discrepancies, resolve issues, and update records promptly.
- Collaborate with the Ground Operations team to reconcile physical counts with system entries, providing real‑time status updates.
- Maintain confidentiality of passenger and cargo information in accordance with data‑privacy policies.
Ramp Support (On‑Site, As Needed)
- Assist ramp agents in loading, unloading, and positioning baggage, cargo, and mail on aircraft.
- Operate ground support equipment (e.g., belt loaders, push‑back tractors, cargo carts) safely and efficiently.
- Conduct visual inspections of cargo loads to verify weight distribution and secure placement.
- Perform basic cabin cleaning tasks, including seat‑back wipe‑downs, window cleaning, and galley maintenance, following established procedures.

Customer & Stakeholder Interaction
