We are a boutique creative agency based in Palm Springs, California. Our work spans branding, marketing campaigns, design collateral, video production, environmental graphics, experiential design, merchandise, specialty print projects, and ongoing creative support. We're a small, collaborative team that values thoughtful strategy, strong design, exceptional client service, and continuous evolution. The Opportunity We're looking for a Creative Project Manager to help manage client campaigns, creative production, and day-to-day project workflows across a variety of print and digital marketing initiatives. This person will serve as the bridge between clients and our creative team, helping manage a steady flow of creative requests, marketing campaigns, and production projects while ensuring communication is clear, details are accounted for, and deliverables stay on track. This is not an administrative coordinator role. We're looking for someone who understands the creative process, can think critically, ask the right questions, anticipate project needs, and take ownership of moving projects forward. This role begins as a flexible freelance position. While we cannot guarantee a specific number of hours each week, we're looking for a long-term partner and anticipate increasing responsibility over time. (May start at 5-10 hours per week and build up from there) Responsibilities - Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously, including marketing campaigns, advertising, print collateral, digital assets, social content, signage, and ongoing creative support for agency clients - Coordinate timelines, deliverables, approvals, and revisions - Serve as a primary point of contact for project communication - Review incoming project requests and identify missing information before work begins - Ask thoughtful questions regarding specifications, dimensions, deadlines, placement requirements, audiences, and technical considerations - Clearly communicate client feedback and project updates to the creative team - Proofread deliverables and review work for accuracy before it is sent to clients - Manage project setup, organization, and workflows within Asana - Help improve agency processes, workflows, forms, automations, and project templates - Maintain organized project files and folder structures within Dropbox - Proactively identify roadblocks and keep projects moving forward - Support larger branding, experiential, and special projects as needed

Qualifications

Required - 3–7 years of project management experience within a creative agency, marketing agency, design studio, or similar environment - Experience working directly with creative teams and client-facing projects - Strong proficiency in Asana - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail - Experience managing both print and digital projects - Strong proofreading and quality-control capabilities - Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously - Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects Bonus Points - Previous experience as a designer, creative, producer, copywriter, account manager, or other hands-on creative role before moving into project management - Experience with branding, marketing, hospitality, entertainment, venue, or destination marketing - Knowledge of print production, merchandise, screen printing, signage, and fabrication processes - Familiarity with Palm Springs and the Coachella Valley market - Experience implementing workflow improvements and operational efficiencies - Interest in AI tools and emerging technologies that can improve creative workflows and productivity To Apply Please send: Resume and/or LinkedIn Brief cover letter - does not need to be formal, but please tell us why you are a fit and what excites you about this role.
