Head of Growth & Acquisition (Startup | Performance-Based) SweatCircle, Inc. · Remote · Independent Contractor (1099) Role Overview This role focuses on building the supply side of the platform by bringing in coaches and helping them become active. What You’ll Do Reach out to coaches (trainers, instructors, etc.) Build a pipeline of potential coaches Guide coaches through onboarding Work with the team to ensure coaches complete sessions Track conversion from outreach → active coach → sessions How Compensation Works You earn based on session activity generated by coaches you bring in. Earn approximately $1 per completed session linked to your pipeline Example: 100 sessions → ~$100 300 sessions → ~$300 Important No compensation for signups alone Earnings are tied to real sessions What Success Looks Like Coaches becoming active Sessions being completed Strong conversion from outreach to activity Trial Period 3–6 months to evaluate performance and consistency.
