Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties)

  • Product Mastery: Develop deep knowledge of the arenaflex portfolio, including subscription packages, event offerings, and digital tools, to confidently guide customers through features and benefits.
  • Inbound Support: Answer incoming calls, emails, and chat inquiries related to events, subscriptions, and general product questions, delivering accurate information and timely resolutions.
  • Outbound Outreach: Conduct callback management, follow‑up calls, and proactive outreach to ensure customers receive the assistance they need and to nurture ongoing relationships.
  • Issue Escalation: Identify recurring or complex customer problems, notify the Director of Client Services, and collaborate with internal teams to implement effective solutions.
  • Order Processing: Accurately collect and enter orders for new subscriptions, renewals, or additional services, ensuring all data is captured in the CRM system.
  • Account Management: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and feedback, to build a comprehensive view of each client’s journey.
  • Continuous Learning: Pursue daily on‑the‑job training, product webinars, and self‑directed study to stay current on arenaflex offerings and industry trends.

Essential Qualifications
