Position: Cell/Molecular Biologist (Stem Cells) Type: Contract Compensation: $40 - $60/hour Location: Remote Role Responsibilities

Develop and review training and evaluation materials related to stem cell biology for AI model development.
Provide subject matter expertise in cellular and molecular biology, ensuring scientific accuracy across datasets and content.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to define standards and best practices for biological data annotation and rubric design.
Analyze, interpret, and validate complex biological information with a focus on stem cell systems.
Deliver constructive written and verbal feedback to ensure high-quality deliverables and consistent knowledge transfer.
Contribute to the continual improvement of rubric guidelines based on user and model requirements.

Requirements

Have a Bachelor's degree or higher in Biology, Molecular Biology, Cellular Biology, or a closely related discipline.
Demonstrate expertise in stem cell biology, including lab or research experience.
Possess strong proficiency in written and verbal communication, capable of explaining complex concepts clearly.
Have a solid background in cellular and molecular biology principles and techniques.
Be familiar with data analysis, interpretation, and quality assurance in a scientific context.
