Sales Executive – Folding Cartons & Commercial Print Location: MinnesotaCompensation: Base Salary + Commission (10% of Net Sales)Industry: Folding Cartons / Offset Printing / Commercial Print Position Overview A growing Minnesota-based printing and packaging company is seeking an experienced Sales Executive to drive new business growth. This role is ideal for a true hunter who thrives on developing new accounts, building long-term relationships, and expanding market share within the folding carton and commercial print industries. The successful candidate will bring an established network of customers and a proven track record of generating significant annual sales revenue. This position focuses heavily on new business development while also maintaining and growing key accounts.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities throughout targeted markets. Build and maintain relationships with brand owners, packaging buyers, and commercial print customers. Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting through closing and account growth. Work closely with estimating, customer service, and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Develop strategic sales plans to expand market share. Represent the company at industry events and customer meetings. Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities and consistently achieve sales goals. Preferred Experience Previous sales experience within folding cartons, packaging, offset printing, or commercial print. Demonstrated success selling cartons, POP displays, packaging, or related printed products. Existing book of business and customer relationships. Proven ability to generate and manage $1M+ in annual sales revenue. Strong understanding of offset printing and packaging manufacturing processes. Experience selling into consumer products, retail packaging, or commercial print markets is highly desirable. Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for winning new business.

Compensation

Competitive base salary. 10% commission on net sales. Opportunity to leverage existing relationships and significantly grow earnings. Support from an experienced operations and customer service team.
