Account Executive – IT Services, Telecom & SaaS (Remote – United States)About Lumensoft Networks Lumensoft Networks is a Spokane, Washington-based technology services company specializing in network engineering staffing, managed staffing solutions, NOC support, voice engineering services, and managed network operations. We partner with MSPs, telecom providers, technology firms, and enterprise IT organizations across North America to help them scale engineering capacity, improve operational efficiency, and support critical network infrastructure. Our team operates in a fast-paced, client-focused environment with exposure to a wide range of networking, telecommunications, cloud, and technology solutions. Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to drive business growth across North America. This is a consultative sales role focused on understanding customer requirements, building trusted relationships, and delivering tailored staffing and managed service solutions. You will work with qualified opportunities generated by our SDR team while also developing strategic relationships with high-value target accounts. The ideal candidate has experience selling IT services, telecom solutions, managed services, SaaS, or technology staffing solutions and is comfortable engaging with business owners, CTOs, CIOs, IT Directors, and other decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct discovery calls with prospective clients to understand business, staffing, and operational requirements
  • Present Lumensoft's staffing, managed services, NOC, and network engineering solutions
  • Develop and deliver proposals and solution recommendations
  • Manage opportunities throughout the sales cycle from qualification to close
  • Build long-term relationships with clients and serve as a trusted advisor
  • Identify and pursue strategic, high-value accounts through networking, referrals, LinkedIn outreach, and targeted prospecting
  • Collaborate with recruiting, technical, and leadership teams to ensure successful solution delivery
  • Identify account expansion and upsell opportunities
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline updates, forecasts, and sales activity reporting
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive offerings, and customer needs

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in SaaS, IT Services, MSP, Telecom, UCaaS, CCaaS, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Technology Staffing, or Network Infrastructure sales
  • Proven ability to manage sales opportunities and close new business
  • Strong consultative selling, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
  • Experience selling to executive and technical stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar tools
  • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing opportunities independently

Compensation

  • Independent Contractor (1099)
  • Commission-only compensation with uncapped earning potential
  • 10% commission on company-generated opportunities
  • 15% commission on self-generated opportunities
  • 3% commission on upsell revenue
  • 2% annual retention bonus on qualifying recurring revenue
