We are looking for a temporary Remote Data Entry Clerk to support a focused, high-impact project lasting approximately six to nine weeks. During this engagement, you will work closely with our internal teams to update, verify, and maintain data within our Salesforce system. Your contributions will directly influence the quality of information available to our Sales team, ensuring they have access to accurate, up-to-date records that fuel productivity and client engagement.

This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while collaborating with a supportive, professional team. We are looking for someone who can commit to a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, and who can begin contributing quickly with minimal ramp-up time.

Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will be entrusted with maintaining the integrity of our Salesforce database. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Data Updating and Maintenance: Accurately update existing records within the Salesforce system, ensuring all information reflects the most current and correct data available. This includes modifying contact details, account information, sales records, and other relevant fields.
  • Source Document Verification: Verify the accuracy of data by carefully comparing entered information against original source documents, such as spreadsheets, paper files, digital records, or other approved references. Identify and correct any discrepancies promptly.
  • Quality Assurance and Accuracy Checks: Conduct routine self-audits of your work to ensure a high standard of precision. Flag inconsistencies, missing information, or potential errors for review and resolution.
  • Confidentiality and Data Security: Handle all sensitive and proprietary information with the utmost care, strictly adhering to arenaflex’s data confidentiality policies and industry best practices for data protection.
  • Collaboration with the Sales Team: Partner with internal stakeholders, particularly the Sales team, to understand their data needs and ensure that records are organized, accessible, and easy to navigate.
  • Database Hygiene: Proactively identify opportunities to improve data quality, including flagging duplicate records, outdated information, or incomplete entries.
  • Timely Task Completion: Manage your workload efficiently to meet daily and weekly productivity targets while maintaining a strong focus on accuracy.
  • Adherence to Processes: Follow established data entry procedures, workflows, and quality standards as outlined by arenaflex’s operations team.

Essential Qualifications and Requirements

To succeed in this role, candidates must meet the following baseline qualifications:

  • Typing Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to type at least 40 words per minute (WPM) consistently with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Technical Savvy: Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Familiarity with spreadsheet navigation and basic formulas is highly beneficial.
  • Database Familiarity: Basic understanding of database concepts, including how data is organized, stored, and retrieved.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail with a strong commitment to producing error-free work.
  • U.S. Geography Knowledge: Working knowledge of U.S. geography, including states, cities, and regional distinctions, to ensure accurate entry of location-based data.
  • Language Proficiency: Strong written and oral comprehension of the English language, with the ability to interpret and communicate information clearly.
  • Availability: Ability to work a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, during standard business hours.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.

Compensation and Benefits

arenaflex is pleased to offer the following compensation for this temporary, remote position:
