The Company: Chronos Consulting’s client is a multinational providing logistics, reactive containment, and quality inspection solutions for the Heavy Transportation sector. Due to rapid growth and customer expansion, we are seeking an addition to the team to cover the Midwest and Northern states to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and strengthening existing customer relationships in powersports, agriculture, and construction equipment industries ( Off-highway) and the trucking industry ( On-highway). Customers located in North & South Dakota, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, and Michigan. WORK FROM HOME. LOCATION OPEN in this region with frequent travel to customer manufacturing sites. The Role: Reporting to the National Sales Manager of Heavy Transportation, you will be responsible for: Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients in the powersports, agriculture, and construction equipment sectors through strategic prospecting, networking, and marketing efforts. Engaging with key decision-makers to promote our quality services, drive sales, and exceed targets while ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Collaborating with internal teams to develop customized solutions that meet customer needs and ensure seamless product and service delivery. Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional service to foster trust and long-term partnerships. Conducting market research to identify industry trends, analyze competitor activity, and uncover growth opportunities located in the following states: ND, SD, MN, WI, IL, IN and MI. Reviewing account performance, providing strategic recommendations to maximize revenue, and preparing comprehensive reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market developments. Managing the sales pipeline efficiently and documenting customer interactions, updates, and communications in the CRM software. Developing and delivering persuasive proposals and presentations that showcase our services, emphasizing key features and benefits. The Requirements: 5 + years of successful SOLUTION sales experience in the heavy transportation industry, selling services into powersports, agriculture, construction equipment, and trucking, ideally selling QA solutions. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience. Strong knowledge of technical concepts relevant to manufacturing environments, including quality, operational efficiency, logistics, etc. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. WORK FROM HOME OFFICE with frequent travel across the region to both customer sites and company facilities. Apply To This Job
