Supply Planning Transformation Specialist

Job Summary: The company is seeking experienced Supply Planning Transformation Specialists to support a large-scale supply chain transformation initiative across multiple manufacturing sites. These professionals will partner with site leadership and planning teams to deploy new planning processes, drive adoption of operating model changes, and support sustainable improvements in manufacturing scheduling and supply planning. This role requires strong planning expertise, stakeholder engagement skills, and experience working within timeline-driven transformation programs. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead deployment activities for supply planning transformation initiatives at assigned manufacturing sites
  • Partner with manufacturing, supply chain, and operations teams to implement new planning processes and operating models
  • Conduct site readiness assessments and identify process, capability, and system gaps
  • Develop and execute deployment plans aligned with program milestones and timelines
  • Support change management efforts to drive adoption of new planning tools, processes, and ways of working
  • Deliver training, coaching, and knowledge-transfer sessions to site planning teams
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates on milestones, risks, and issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful deployment and sustained adoption
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure sites are prepared for long-term sustainability following implementation and stabilization activities

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations, or a related field
  • Experience in manufacturing scheduling, production planning, supply planning, or S&OP within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or regulated manufacturing environments
  • Experience leading teams, coaching employees, or driving cross-functional initiatives
  • Experience supporting supply chain transformation, process improvement, or operating model deployment programs
  • Hands-on experience with SAP, JDA, Blue Yonder, INFOR Finite Scheduling, or similar planning and scheduling platforms
  • Strong project management skills with experience delivering timeline-driven initiatives
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Willingness to travel approximately 15%–35% based on project requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience with Integrated Business Planning (IBP) or Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP)
  • Change Management certification or experience supporting organizational transformation
  • Experience delivering training and capability-building programs
  • Lean, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement experience
